Refunds
Refunds for missing and/or damaged product(s) must be requested within 72 hours of delivery.
To request a refund, email support@woodmtn.com and include Order Date, Order #, Item description, and a description of the damage or missing item. If claiming damage, also include a picture of the product(s) and the damage incurred.
If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
Returns/Exchanges
As these are live products, returns and exchanges are not available.
